About Hiccup Forum
Welcome to Hiccup Forum! This is a community for all people who share an interest in hiccups. Some call it an attraction; some call it a fetish; some just find them hilarious. However you feel about them, this is a place where you can share your thoughts, feelings, sightings, stories, sound and video files about hiccups. Our activity goes back ten years in time, when all we had was a simple Yahoo Group. All the historical posts have been copied from Yahoo to our new forum, so the community is already rich on sightings and discussion topics of all sorts. We hope that you as a member will contribute further to make this community even better.

It definitely took long enough, but we finally have a chat room back up and running. If you are a forum member, sign in to the forum and click the "Chat" link at the top to join with your own user account. If you're a visitor, you can stop by and say hello or leave a message, right here! Just enter a name and leave the password field blank.

As you will see on the navigation bar, we've created a fiction page. We're starting with just one story series, but we'll be posting other creative works from the forum, with their authors' consent, of course. If you have something you'd like to share on the fiction page, email us!
New Chat Room

Meebo has discontinued the chatroom service that we've been using for the past several months, so check out our new Hiccup Forum chatroom, right here!

Unfortunately, we recently had some problems with the forum; the forum database myseteriously lost a month's worth of activity, and the webhost was unable to provide an accurate backup. As a result, if you joined the forum between August 10 and September 12, your account was probably deleted and you will need to register again. We're very sorry for the inconvenience!
Welcome to the updated Hiccup Forum!

After a lot of hard work, we are finally ready to launch some exciting new additions to Hiccup Forum! As you can see, the main website has been redesigned. Over time, we will continue to redesign other areas of the site.
First of all, we are aiming to update the website more often, so we have added a news area. Naturally, our news will be restricted to hiccup related material, so it will probably not be updated daily, however, when there is something exciting, hiccup-related to tell, you will find out right here! Be sure to check it out frequently.
Hiccup Forum is still first of all a community, so a few interactive functions have been added to improve the website and increase the activity:
Forum: The original purpose of Hiccup Forum, the forum is still alive and well at the heart of our website. There are areas for posting sightings or recordings, for discussing the hiccups, and for general everyday conversation. The historical content from the HiccupLovers Yahoo group is also available.
Survey: A re-incarnation of the good old survey from the old HiccupLovers Website. Even if you're just a visitor here, please feel free to take the survey as well as read other users' responses.
Audio Warehouse: The Warehouse is a very popular part of our website; you are now able to find all the good old files in one place. If you happen to be in possession of some files we don't have, please contact the admin.
Chat: A simple, anonymous chat function for users to IM eachother. Naturally, we do not expect the chat room to be bustling with activity all the time, however, be sure to check it out from time to time - you might just find a fellow hiccuplover browsing the site at the same time as you!
Hiccup Wiki: A fun project we hope all members will support by sharing their contributions. The Hiccup Wiki is basically a hiccup related version of Wikipedia - anything hiccup related goes here, be it movies, music, anime/manga, or just articles about all aspects of hiccups - causes, cures, whatever you would like to write about. Right now it's pretty empty, so please help us fill it with content.
